1 Scope of Services

Gorakhpur Cab Wale provides passenger car rental, outstation cabs, airport transfer services, and specialized cross-border tour packages from Gorakhpur (India) to various destinations in Nepal (including Lumbini, Pokhara, Muktinath, Kathmandu, Chitwan, Janakpur, and Manokamna).

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability, route feasibility, border opening hours, weather conditions, and governmental regulations.

2 Booking, Advance Deposit & Pricing

• Advance Token: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment/token deposit.
• Fare Breakdown: Standard quotes include vehicle hire, fuel costs, and experienced driver charges for the agreed route and duration.
• Exclusions & Inclusions: Unless explicitly itemized in a tour package invoice, state taxes, toll taxes, parking fees, Nepal border customs permit charges (Bhansar, Vahan Suvidha / Road Tax), and entry tickets to monuments/temples are payable as per actuals by the client.
• Night Charges & Overtime: Night driving charges and driver allowances may apply for journeys commencing before 6:00 AM or extending past 10:00 PM unless bundled into a multi-day package.

3 Nepal Cross-Border Travel & Identification Documents

Passengers traveling to Nepal must carry valid Government-issued photo identification as mandated by Indian and Nepalese border immigration laws:

Gorakhpur Cab Wale assists with vehicle cross-border documentation and Bhansar formalities, but individual passenger compliance and entry clearance remains the sole responsibility of the customer.

4 Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

• 48+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled departure time are eligible for a partial refund minus administrative processing fees.
• Within 24-48 Hours: 50% of the advance deposit will be forfeited.
• Less than 24 Hours / No-Show: Advance payment is non-refundable as vehicles are dedicated and scheduled in advance.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are accommodated subject to fleet availability and seasonal pricing differentials.

5 Luggage, Safety & Passenger Conduct

• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or possession of contraband/banned substances inside our vehicles is strictly prohibited under law.
• Luggage capacity is determined by the vehicle category booked (Sedan, SUV, Tempo Traveller). Excessive luggage that compromises passenger safety or comfort cannot be carried.
• Customers are requested to take care of their personal belongings, jewelry, and cash. Gorakhpur Cab Wale is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

6 Force Majeure, Landslides & Road Closures

Mountain terrain in Nepal and border regions may occasionally experience roadblocks, landslides, inclement weather, sudden strikes (bandhs), or geopolitical border restrictions. In such circumstances, our drivers will make every reasonable effort to ensure passenger safety and recommend alternative routes. Any additional stay, detour, or waiting charges resulting from unforeseen force majeure events will be the responsibility of the traveler.
